My Story

My Story

As a first-generation American growing up in Spring Branch, TX, my childhood was shaped by the hard work and dedication of my family, who owned a convenience store. I even had my first job there, trading cardboard box breakdowns for all the candy I could devour. 


After completing my finance degree at the University of Houston Bauer College of Business, I found myself playing rugby for the University of Houston Rugby Football Club, adding a touch of adventure to my academic pursuits. 


Post-graduation, I delved into the world of finance, starting my career as a financial advisor. Meeting with clients, understanding their goals, and crafting plans to help them achieve those goals became my daily routine. 


However, life took an interesting turn when my family purchased a 3-story commercial office building near Sugar Land. Recognizing the challenges and opportunities it presented, I made the decision to leave financial services to manage our family's commercial real estate business full time. The demands of overseeing the property, including a complete overhaul like installing a new AC system, became a hands-on commitment. 


This shift allowed me to dive deep into the realm of commercial real estate, reading extensively and building relationships within the industry. It also revealed a surprising connection – many of my commercial clients had residential real estate needs. 


A pivotal moment occurred when a client shared a less-than-ideal experience with a residential purchase. It struck a chord, prompting me to consider transitioning to residential real estate. The appeal? Homes are not just properties; they are where people relax, build memories, and now more than ever, work. 


With a hybrid work schedule and a bustling household with three kids, I understand firsthand the importance of a home's layout. This personal insight shaped my approach with clients, recognizing that each situation is as unique as they are. Transitioning to residential real estate has allowed me to create custom strategies for each client, making the process more tailored and effective. 


The joy I find in my work stems from exceeding my clients' expectations, especially when selling their homes. As a dedicated real estate agent, I treat everyone who comes my way like family, putting in the effort to secure the best possible prices for their properties. 


At the heart of my business are relationships—with industry professionals and clients alike. It's an honor to work in my hometown, Houston, TX, helping neighbors achieve their financial goals through real estate. After a day of helping clients, I come home to my beautiful wife and amazing kids, a reminder of why I work hard every day. Being a Realtor allows me to help others achieve their goals, provide for my family, and pass on the lessons of hard work and perseverance that my parents and grandparents taught me—the essence of the American dream.

My philosophy is rooted in hard work, dedication, and building strong relationships. Growing up in Spring Branch, TX, as a first-generation American, I worked in my family’s convenience store. Now, as a real estate agent specializing in both commercial real estate and residential real estate, I take pride in exceeding clients’ expectations while supporting my family and honoring the values instilled by my parents and grandparents.
